Terms of sale

Plain terms, honestly meant. These govern your purchases from Cub Klub Store. They don’t affect your statutory rights as a consumer, which always come first.

1. Ordering

When you place an order, we’ll email you a confirmation. A contract is formed once we email to say your order has shipped. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is unavailable or mispriced — and we’ll refund you in full straight away if we do.

2. Prices & payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where it applies. The price you see is the price you pay — we don’t add surprise fees at checkout. Payment is taken securely through our payment provider at the time of order.

3. Delivery

We aim to dispatch within the timescales shown on our delivery page, and we’ll always tell you plainly if something will take longer. Risk passes to you on delivery. If a parcel is lost or damaged in transit, tell us and we’ll put it right.

4. Returns & refunds

You have 30 days from delivery to return unused items in original condition for a full refund, and your statutory 14-day right to cancel applies too. Made-to-order and personalised items are excluded unless faulty. Full details are on our delivery & returns page.

5. Made-to-order & personalised items

Personalised items (such as name stories) are made specially for you, so we can’t accept returns unless they arrive faulty or differ from what you ordered. Please check spellings carefully at checkout.

6. Parent-gated purchasing

Cub Klub Store is for grown-ups. By placing an order you confirm you are 18 or over and the parent, guardian or an adult purchasing on their behalf. We never market to children.

7. Intellectual property

The work of our creators remains theirs. Product content, images and text are protected and provided for your personal use only.

8. Liability

We don’t exclude liability for anything the law doesn’t allow us to. Otherwise, our liability is limited to the value of your order. Nothing here affects your statutory consumer rights.
