Delivery, honestly

Every order is packed by hand in recycled, plastic-free materials and sent on a tracked service. We’ll email you the moment it ships, with a link to follow it to your door.

Standard (UK)	3–5 working days · £3.95 · free over £35
Express (UK)	1–2 working days · £5.95 · order by 1pm
Ireland & EU	5–8 working days · from £7.50
Made-to-order items	Add 3–4 days (e.g. personalised books, bindery pieces)

We don’t do fake-urgency or countdown timers. If something’s going to take a little longer, we’ll say so plainly before you pay.

Returns & refunds

Changed your mind, or it’s not quite the fit? You have 30 days from delivery to return anything unused and in its original condition for a full refund. Made-to-order and personalised items are the only exception — for obvious reasons — unless they arrive faulty.

1. Reply to your order confirmation email, or drop us a line, and tell us what you’d like to return.
2. We’ll send a prepaid returns label — returns are free within the UK.
3. Pop it in the post. We’ll refund your original payment method within 3–5 days of it reaching us.

If anything arrives damaged or faulty, tell us and we’ll put it right straight away — a replacement or a refund, your choice. No hoops.

Gifts

Tick “this is a gift” at checkout and we’ll add a hand-written card and leave the price out of the parcel. For our keepsake gift boxes, add a message and we’ll write it by hand.
