We keep this short and honest, because that’s how we’d want it. Cub Klub Store collects the least data we can, uses it only to run the shop, and never sells it or uses it for advertising.

Who we are

Cub Klub Store is operated by Cub Klub Group Ltd, part of the Cub Klub family of children’s brands. We are the data controller for the personal information described here. Company registration and registered office details are available on request while our entity details are being finalised.

What we collect

• Order details — your name, delivery address, email and order contents, so we can send you what you bought.
• Payment confirmation — we never see or store full card numbers; payments are handled by our PCI-compliant payment provider.
• Account & contact — anything you choose to give us when you write in, sign up to the journal, or apply for a role.
• Essential technical data — the minimum needed to keep the shop working and remember your basket, theme and language. We don’t use advertising trackers.

Why we use it

To take and fulfil your order, to reply when you contact us, to handle returns and refunds, and — only if you’ve asked — to send you the occasional journal letter. We rely on performing our contract with you, our legitimate interest in running a good shop, and your consent for marketing. You can withdraw consent at any time.

Children’s data

Cub Klub Store is a shop for grown-ups. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children, we never market to children, and every checkout is parent-gated. Anything involving your child’s data stays firmly out of our advertising and analytics — we simply don’t do it.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you the data we hold, correct it, delete it, or stop using it for marketing. Just email us and a real person will help — we’ll respond within one month, usually much sooner. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
